The next step is a PUBLIC AGENCY FOR THIS BEHAVIOR ON THEIR PART.... Every one I think so many people we are having the same problem Toll evasion , so we don`t trust signs any more because I believe they had the hook so they can charge more to driver with signs said "carpool free" and then the next month you will pay $29.00 for evasion that is there version. About $20,000 in fines. Each time I talked w/ a rep & changed address, not change. Still problem & cannot talk to anyone of authority there. The rep. I spoke with was under 20 years old. Question, can you sell your car and violations go away? Gal @ DMV told me that. Does anyone know? Frustrated & helpless. We also had handicap plates. So at the next toll plaza it said carpool lane and we went through that one, we thought it said free, if you were carpooling since the one operator waved us on. If we had known it wasn't we would have been happy to stop and pay the toll charge. Now we get this outragious bill for going through what we though was a free lane. I tried to call yesterday, Saturday but only got a machine not a person. I would like to know if someone will call our home number and tell us if we were wrong if you made a mistake.
