Stupid Bing - Trying to impress us with their fact checking

Engineering Wonders: The Roman Coliseum at El Djem

http://www.bing.com/featured/content/search?q=Engineering+Wonders%3a+The+Roman+Coliseum+at+El+Djem&FORM=RQHOME

Bing's Fact:
The Roman coliseum at El Djem, Tunisia in northern Africa was built nearly 1,700 centuries ago...

1700 centuries = 170,000 years

Roman Kingdom founded 2,763 years ago
Roman Republic founded 2,519 years ago
Roman Empire founded 2,011 years ago

Wooly Mammoths and Neanderthal Man lived 29,000 to 230,000 years ago

So the Roman coliseum at El Djem, Tunisia was built 167,237 years before anything Roman or anything else in Tunisia. The cavemen must of used the mammoth's to drag the stones around. Amazing how they were able to build such a beaitful structure using such primitive tools.

i'm sorry, but i've given bing a couple of days now. and typically microsoft, it's not what it says on the tin. with around 50% of searches i get the EXACT same results as google, not 'more relavent' results. with the other 50% i get i would honestly say 'less relavent' results. and the picture behind the whole page makes it load slowly on anything but my fast broadband at home. back to google me thinks, sorry microsoft. how about stop making game consoles (that don't work) and search engines (that don't work like you say it does) and concentrate more on your 'bread & butter' - windows. then maybe we'll get a proper good OS for a change.

Bing search (etc.) is the most inefficient engine I have encountered - I hope it will move to someone else's computer or simply lose itself in it morass of search of ignorant search activities.

I did a test to see which browser could help me find "The chemical processes occuring within a living cell or organism that are necessary for the maintenance of life". Bing's link was: Organism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Google's was: metabolism: Definition from Answers.com. And it told me that I had misspelled 'occuring' which is actually with two r's. Google rocks balls!

I use both Bing and Google search engine and i dont see much difference in their search results. I use google for searching hard to find academic topics and Bing for general search.

i think that Bing is not as good as Google. Google would still index new websites faster than Bing. Microsoft would still need a lot of catching to do with GoogleBot.
