It’s 10 am and I am still sitting in my PJ. I am officially unemployed. Monday I came in with a resignation letter. Tuesday afternoon I got my check and told I was done. Great! :D
I don’t ever want to go back to work. Life should always be like this, and I intend to keep it that way. I will never go back to “work”. Of course, I will find another job, but it will be a job that I like, so I never have to wake up in the morning and say to myself “time for work”. I would like to wake up and smile in the dark, knowing that today I am going to do something great.
Uyen told me that at my next job interview I should ask the interviewers “What is your favorite part about working here?” I think that’s a great question. If the interviewers themselves cannot give me a good answer about their job, in a reasonable amount of time, it shows that the job is not worth doing.
So anyways, time for me to gear and put on my thinking cap, time to find that dream “job”. Oh btw, I am not dressing up for my next interview. I am not going to work in a shirt and slacks anymore. Unless of course, I am hired to do something in front of customers where I “have” to look professional, then thats ok.
