These are my SECRET recipes. First, you put the oyster on a pan and then put it in the oven. Then you take the shrimps and put them into a pot of boiling water. You are done.
Now for the secret sauce. Fishsauce + Half a lemon + A ton of ground pepper + More Fishsauce + Blood of a Vietnamese person.
Uyen didn’t like it. And Trung wouldn’t eat it. But it tasted yummy. If I was on Iron chef, thats what I would do. Just boil the secret ingredient and serve it with a bowl of fishsauce.
