Learn something new

Ever since I’ve graduated, I worked at 4-5 different jobs already. The amazing thing is, every time I start a new job, I learn something new. It’s so great.

For example, at CompUSA, I perfected my computer troubleshooting skills. At the Aquatic Research Lab, I learned about SOPs, which is so critical and important in research. At the Aquatic Weed Lab, I learned how to kayak, hike in hazardous terrains, and grow plans in a green house. At Syntec Nutraceuticals I learned how to use Photoshop and Illustrator, mastered CSS, and experimented with Adobe Premiere Pro. The just recently at RD, I managed to acquire some skills with PHP programming and MySQL. At the current gig that I am doing I learned about source control…

I feel like there is so much more for me to learn out there. I know my gf wants me to find a stable job, but if it was up to me, I would never work anywhere for more than 6 months. I do not want to miss out of the opportunity to learn new things and expand my knowledge.

Btw, another great great great way to learn things is by listening to National Public Radio. I am way way way way more educated about political events and world issues ever since I started listening to that radio station.

I hope your life is fill with learning and new experience. God bless!
